Forever Yellow Membership FAQ
We want to give supporters more flexibility in how they support the club, whilst also helping us reach our £100,000 fundraising target to support the football club that we all love. Being able to make a significant cash injection into the football club will also allow the Trust to maintain our shareholding percentage in the football club. Our membership consultation survey completed by over 700 supporters between 20th February – 6th March 2026 showed a strong backing for a tiered membership scheme.
Funds raised through memberships go directly towards supporting the football club —helping strengthen its financial stability and future. To enable fans to have their say on how their money is used, we are asking you to choose up to three choices for how your money is spent; First Team Operations, Youth Development & Stadium Experience. You can choose any combination of the three options, and we will ensure that your money is spent how you tell us you would like it spent.
We offer multiple tiers at different price points, each with its own set of benefits.
The following Forever Yellow Membership Tiers exist:
• Bronze - £2 per month/£24 Annually
• Silver - £5 per month/£60 Annually
• Gold - £10 per month/£120 Annually
• Platinum - £25 per month/£300 Annually

No—every membership tier makes a valuable contribution. Whether you choose a lower or higher tier, you are part of the Trust and helping the club. The Supporters Trust Board voted to maintain the minimum £2 membership fee following the results of the consultation survey to ensure the Trust remains as accessible as possible.
Additional benefits to standard Trust membership start from the Silver Membership tier onwards & we'd love you to consider upgrading your membership to one of these tiers.

Simply tell us your name, email address and what tier you would like to move to and we will change it for you on our secure membership platform; Beacon CRM.
Membership can be annual or monthly; both options are available on our sign-up form which can be found here New Member - Sign up here | TUST.(https://www.tust.co.uk/sign-up)
Although if you can afford to subscribe annually, TUST will be able to transfer more of your subscription to the football club, as our Direct Debit Provider takes a small fee on every transaction.
Membership runs on a subscription basis depending on the option you select.
Please note if you currently subscribe annually and wish to change to monthly or vice versa, your direct debit will need to be cancelled and re-set up, as we only have the access to change the amount paid, not the frequency. If you complete the membership tier amendment form one of our team will take you through this process.
We really value our corporate members, and we have plans to revamp our corporate member offering later this summer. In the meantime, if you’d like to transfer over to one of our Forever Yellow Membership Tiers we will continue to honour advertising your business on our Website & on our Bi-Monthly Newsletters. We hope to host a breakfast morning at Plainmoor later this summer to engage with all of our corporate members and understand what benefits you would like to see as part of a revamped corporate membership offering.
Unfortunately not at this exact moment, however we have recently updated our Trust rules to allow for those aged under 16 to join the Trust (please note, this will not include voting rights). We recognise that young fans are our future Trust members & so in the coming months we will be launching a new Junior Gulls Membership which will be targeted at 5-15 Year olds. This will be an annual subscription running from July to June each season and will include a whole host of benefits targeted at Under 16s.
We aim to Process all membership tier change requests as quickly as possible. However, as the Trust is run by Volunteers, there may occasionally be a short delay in responding.
If you’ve submitted a request recently, please allow a couple of days for us to review and action it. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Our preferred method of payment is direct debit. We do have some existing members who currently pay via standing order, cheque or in some cases Cash. Whilst we will continue to honour this arrangement with existing members all new members will be required to sign up to a Direct Debit via GoCardless, our chosen partner for processing payments.
This is our current annual fundraising goal to provide meaningful financial support to the football club. As significant shareholders of the football club, we believe that stepping up again is the right thing to do. Every penny we can transfer into the football club will make our club more competitive on the pitch and ensure Plainmoor is an even more enjoyable place to visit.
