Dear Members,
We are concerned about the lack of preparation and organisation at clubs we visit to accommodate our significant numbers of supporters. This was particularly evident at Weston Super Mare and at Wealdstone last Saturday.
More importantly, we do not condone the mindless behaviour of a small number of 'fans' at Weston Super Mare this week. It is bringing our club into undeserved disrepute. The vast majority of our loyal supporters are well behaved and respectful towards the places we visit. These 'fans' should have no place amongst them.
We have requested a meeting with the club asap to both share the observations that we, and members, have made and some suggestions on how to rectify this unwelcome and worrying situation.
