As an open and democratic organisation, accountable to its members, TUST believes that the minutes of its board meetings should be available to all and they will be posted to this section shortly after each meeting.  There may be rare occasions when the matters discussed at meetings need to be treated confidentially for various reasons.  These sections of the minutes will not be published but such instances will be exceptional.
