COME ON YOU YELLOWS!

COME ON YOU YELLOWS!

At TUST we are fully aware of supporters’ concerns regarding the future of the club and to this end we have requested a meeting with the owner Clarke Osborne to understand his plans.

Some of you may have seen our reaction and response this week on DevonLive to the club’s latest accounts with a worrying annual loss of £1.2m up to June 2022, not to mention the £4.2m owed to Riviera Stadiums Ltd. We accept, however, that at this time the priority for the club and all of us is to support the team in its fight to stay in the National League and to give it all the backing we can. We have, therefore, agreed to wait until this issue is resolved before pursuing our call for communication between Mr Osborne and fans.

The forthcoming home match with Eastleigh on Good Friday has been designated as ‘Torbay Together’ day by the club with specially priced entry at £1 for local community and sports clubs and TUST is pleased to support and promote this initiative.

Finally, TUST wanted to show its thanks to the Yellow Army for those who travel hundreds of miles to away grounds, most recently to Gateshead, Borehamwood and Scunthorpe. To this end we have donated £500 to the Away Travel Club to subsidise the costs for those fans making the trip to Maidenhead for Easter Monday's crucial game. COYY!
